Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases from Srizelonouhraxia, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason.

How to return

Refund

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law (e.g. sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons).
